MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!  this past christmas week has been so special to me and one that I'll always remember!! we spent the week doing service at salvation army, cleaning broken down apartments, singing christmas songs with other missionaries, finding the coolest new people to teach, eating WAY too much food and spending time with some amazing friends in alta vista!!  My mission has truly taught me what Christmas is all about and this week as I've been studying Christ's birth I just wanted to share a quote I found....  "Because He came to earth, we have a perfect example to follow. hey all my favorite people!!  wowow what a week it's been! our cutie friend gloria got baptized this week, we had to sing in sacrament meeting and for everyone who's heard me sing i bet you know how that went... laughed through the whole thing, found my new favorite place ever BOULDER CITY, and shared the light the world video probably 100 times! our mission studied grace together this week which was so perfect for this time of year!!!! I learned so much about the beauty of grace and one of my favorite talks called his grace is sufficient says,  "Jesus doesn’t make up the difference. Jesus makes all the difference. Grace is not about filling gaps. It is about filling us.”  I can honestly say that Jesus christ has made me feel completely full!!! HOLA A TODOS!!!  we had such a busy but happy week! Just wanted to share a quote I heard that was SO good, "walking in the light doesn't mean we won't struggle, but it means we will know where and how to proceed, line upon line, a little at a time." Walking in Christ's light every single day helps us to know exactly what our purpose is and what we need to be doing!!!  robiert got baptized this week!! for those who don't remember robiert, we taught him a couple months ago and the week before his baptism we decided to move his baptismal date back because we just didn't feel right about it.... well 2 days after that he confessed his love for sis o'conner so we had to stop teaching him, but then he kept coming to church so we had the elders start teaching him. After a couple months of them teaching him again he was finally ready to be baptized and he got baptized in our sweet alta vista branch this week!! Kinda crazy story but a happy happy day for him!! t...

heyooo everyone!! this week was so so good. 1st highlight was my favorite person ever elda got baptized this week!! for those who don't remember her, I taught her husband chalo in my last area desert bloom while elda was 9 months pregnant. we taught her for a little bit after that but she just wasn't ready yet. And now her time has come and I'm SO HAPPY FOR THEM!! can't wait for their cute little family to get sealed in the temple some other highlights were I got to celebrate the life of one of the best people I met on my mission sis bowden, had so many of our friends come to church, went to MLC, helped gloria prepare for her baptism in 2 weeks, seeing all the christmas lights & decorations up I'm feeling so grateful to be on my mission at this time of year. we've been able to show the light the world video & focus on christ a lot this past week. one of the best things I've studied over the course of my mission is the living christ & this part ha...
