HALF WAY THERE

Image
holaaa everybody! I just hit my half way mark and I wanted to share some of the best things I've learned these past 9 months....  1 • I've learned how to truly love people as God does. Every single person on earth is a child of God and they always need to be treated that way!! 2 • I've learned the importance of family and how family is EVERYTHING. I've become more and more grateful for my fam! 3 • I've gained a strong testimony of my savior Jesus Christ. he's my strength here on my mission.  4 • the gospel is what brings REAL happiness to our lives, not any worldly thing will give us that type of happiness.  5 • looking for the little tender mercies each day shows us that God really is in the details of our lives. 6 • I've learned to trust in the lords timing, things happen at the time that God needs them to.  7 • nothing worth having comes easy, it takes WORK, WORK, WORK, every single day. 8 • the book of mormon is a book of revelation and it will give us g...

A Week Insideee:(

HOLA PEOPLE!!!! this week my comp got sick so we were stuck inside for half the week:( but the other half of the week we had some miracles!!! I studied ALOT this week and found a quote I loved, "Jesus christ is the author and finisher of our faith. He will finish, he will complete, our exercise of faith- however imperfect- in holding up the gospel light. He will work miracles in our lives and in the lives of all he gathers, for he is a God of miracles." When we just show him a little bit of faith he will take care of the rest!!  this guy fili that's been taught forever now wants to be baptized and so we're helping him prepare for baptism in July!! A couple more people I'm super excited about right now are Elizabeth the cutest colombian and Chalo who has literally been reading the book of mormon on his own before we even met him!! God has people ready and eager to hear his gospel we just need to find them♡ LOVE YOU, PRAYING FOR Y'ALL EVERYDAYYY ♡ hermana speirs...

Hasta La Vista Ensign:(

hola amigos!!! im getting TRANSFERED, going to a small spanish branch in henderson and an english ward, called desert bloom!!! I'm grateful for my time in ensign and for what it taught me. I think the biggest thing I learned was to trust in the lords timing. not everything is gonna happen at the time we want it to but we have to trust that the lord puts people in our paths and makes things happen when it's their time♡  we had a miracle this week. this cute lady Lisa was found by missionaries a couple months ago while painting her icecream truck haha and she ran up to them and said my kids need to be baptized and soon after her kids got baptized. she wasn't interested at that time but then this week we went over and she said she wants to be baptized, so that was on the lord's timing for sure! she's now getting baptized in a couple weeks los quiero y los extraño MUCHO!!! ♡ hermana speirs 6/6/22
